The location was amazing and fab, just 5 min walk from Brighton Dome. It was also not far from Meanwhile cafe downstairs as well as most bars and restaurants and groceries including pier, pavillion. An attached restaurant for breakfast was an advantage.

Fairly clean hotel with efficient and affable staff and handy location. Practical superior double room, comfortable beds. Delightful view and a hairdryer, a walk-in shower and bath sheets in the bathroom.

The location was great, and we could reach an exotic palace by walking. The room we had included a bathroom sink area, a carpet and an iron...

Friendly staff, great location, impressed with design and style considering it used to be a multi storey car park.Would recommend to some friends/relatives but not all.
Our standard double was a bit cramped with 1.5 metre view accross to concrete wall.Peeped in other 'outer' rooms which seemed much larger with big windows and a seat! Also more privacy between bedroom and bathroom area would have been good.

Good location near to the "Laines" and close to beach . Also very unusual and innovative design . Nice quiet rooms, no discernable noise.
Bathhroom area very small and open plan . Also toilet area has an obscured glass door . Not a good idea !!!

We enjoyed the location as it was right in the heart of Brighton. The staff were very friedly and always helpful.
The hotel was quite difficult to find though!

Excellent colour design in the room. Friendly, attentive staff.
I think that breakfast should be included in the room price,

The lack of airflow due to non-opening windows was a letdown, and the wall-mounted dresser placement made using the sockets inconvenient when getting ready. The bar closes early at 22:30, which may not suit late-night revelers.

We stayed in a superior double room that wasnice and neat. The hotel is great location, close to the lanes, lots of restaurants, and the theater. We found an amazing indian place called Cardamom just a short walk away. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful.

The staff, the look of the place was very different to anywhere else I'd been and the location was good.
The dvd player wasn't working and we never found out why.
